About the Course
We complete this movement based series with upper body postural awareness. We will continue our breathwork to maintain intra-abdominal pressure for efficient core stability while working on tips and tricks to maintain shoulder and neck postural awareness. We will provide self fascial lengthening and mobilization techniques.
