  1. Golf ball or Foot Rubz

  2. Gastroc and Soleus stretch

  3. Heel Raises, Gastroc and Soleus

  4. Single Leg Balance

  5. Intrinsic Foot Strengthening

  6. 4-Way ankle with Loop Band
