GOAL: Improve ROM/Dorsiflexion, decrease STRs in foot, increase foot/ankle stability and lateral hip stability.


  1. Post Tib Heel Raises

  2. Plantarflexion and Dorsiflexion walks

  3. Gastroc and Soleus stretch

  4. Tiger Tail and TPR Ball to mobilize tissue

  5. Single Leg Balance

  6. Intrinsic Foot Strengthening

  7. Clam Hold with Loop Band
