MOVEMENT COACHING 1:1

Movement Coaching is similar to personal training however our focus is on re-educating movement patterns on a strong and stable core. Customized exercise programs tailored to your body and history, video movement and gait analysis, and one-on-one consultation including shoe recommendations to optimize your body's ability to move efficiently.

Allow an objective person to coach you through possible movement patterns that are the root of your pain. Katie can teach you how bunions form, how hip, knee, and back pain is not a product of genetics, how posture effects everything we do, and why shoes are SO important.

VIRTUAL MEETINGS

This saves you time in traveling to the gym and wasting time in the gym. You will have an exercise and movement routine created specifically for you. Most movements will be worked into your day. With a background in both Physical Therapy and Ayurveda, Katie can blend the perfect routine to encompass both Mind and Body.
