Katie and Catherine educate the public with guidance on building new habits to address pain, posture, and daily movement. The entire workshop series includes: 1. Move Away From Pain: Creating Postural Awareness. 2. Foot to Hip: Building the Foundation 3. Pelvis and Ribs: Core Stability 4. Upper Body Awareness "Upper Body Awareness" focuses on finding true postural awareness of our upper body from the mid back to the neck. Review of the key fascial lines pertaining to ground up stability, breathing techniques create an awareness of tension and guarding held throughout the day. Breathing also to improve upper body movement, thoracic spine mobility and creating core stability.
