  1. ROM exercises: circles CW/CCW, ABCs

  2. Inversion/Eversion 

  3. Heel Raises seated

  4. Intrinsic Foot Strengthening 

  5. Mobilize tissue lateral malleolus/peroneals Gua Sha Tools
