Katie and Catherine educate the public with guidance on building new habits to address pain, posture, and daily movement. The entire workshop series includes: 1. Move Away From Pain: Creating Postural Awareness. 2. Foot to Hip: Building the Foundation 3. Pelvis and Ribs: Core Stability 4. Upper Body Awareness "Pelvic to Ribs: Core Stability" focuses on finding mobility and stability between the ribs and pelvis to establish our true core foundation. Breathing techniques introduced to find our deep fascial line connection and allow greater thoracic mobility, decreased back pain and calming of the nervous system. Movement Assessments, Gait Analysis, and Bodywork complete the process with each class. **BRING A YOGA MAT AND STRAP IF YOU HAVE ONE**
