Katie and Catherine educate the public with guidance on building new habits to address pain, posture, and daily movement. The entire workshop series includes: 1. Move Away From Pain: Creating Postural Awareness. 2. Foot to Hip: Building the Foundation 3. Pelvis and Ribs: Core Stability 4. Upper Body Awareness "Move Away From Pain" focuses on creating awareness of body movements, postures and creating new habits. Simple drills are introduced to create body awareness and basic Movement Assessments, Gait Analysis, and Bodywork complete the process with each class.
