Service Description

Katie and Catherine educate the public with guidance on building new habits to address pain, posture, and daily movement. The entire workshop series includes: 1. Move Away From Pain: Creating Postural Awareness. 2. Foot to Hip: Building the Foundation 3. Pelvis and Ribs: Core Stability 4. Upper Body Awareness "Foot to Hip: Building the Foundation" focuses on creating a stable foundation and establishing the connection from the foot to the hip as required with walking. Breathing techniques introduced to find our deep fascial line connection. Movement Assessments, Gait Analysis, and Bodywork complete the process with each class.
