About the Course
Another movement based class as we continue up the chain and find disocciation between our ribs and our pelvis. We will introduce breathwork to improve lumbopelvic, thoracic, and rib mobility and progress intra-abdominal pressure to regain a 3 dimensional breath to truly stabilize our core and spine.
